These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of unipathedu.org and any consultation, review, or coaching package you book with UniPath ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a package or the free discovery call, you agree to these Terms.
By booking a package, scheduling a free discovery call, or otherwise using unipathedu.org, you confirm that you're at least 16 years old (or are using our services with a parent or guardian's involvement) and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
UniPath is a study abroad consultancy. We offer the following packages, each with the specific deliverables listed on our pricing page at the time of booking:
Optional add-ons (such as housing assistance or standardized test prep) may be selected at checkout for an additional fee.
Packages are priced in USD as one-time fees, shown in full before you check out. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; see our Privacy Policy for details on how payment data is handled. Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds (or, for the free discovery call, once you submit your details).
UniPath provides guidance, feedback, and coaching. We do not control admissions or visa decisions made by universities or government agencies, and we cannot and do not guarantee acceptance, a scholarship, or visa approval. Outcomes depend on your individual profile, effort, and the receiving institution's own criteria.
To get the most out of your package, you agree to:
The unipathedu.org website, its content, and any templates or frameworks your mentor shares with you remain the property of UniPath and are provided for your personal use only. Your own essays, personal statements, and application materials remain your property.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UniPath's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the package giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including a denied application or visa refusal.
You may stop using our services at any time; see our Refund Policy for what happens to payments already made. We may suspend or end a booking if you provide false information, are abusive toward a mentor, or misuse our services or materials.
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
