UniPath ("we," "us," or "our") helps students apply to universities in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. This policy explains what information we collect through unipathedu.org and our booking process, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you book a consultation or purchase a package through our checkout flow, we collect the information you provide directly, including:
We do not collect payment card details ourselves. See Payment processing below.
We use the information you provide to:
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it to third parties.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. When you check out, you're redirected to Stripe's own secure payment page, where your card number, expiry, and CVC are entered directly with Stripe and never pass through or touch our servers. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount charged, and the billing email you provided to Stripe.
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. This typically means the duration of your engagement with a mentor plus a reasonable follow-up period. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Your rights).
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at unipatheducationkh@gmail.com, and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Our services are intended for prospective university students and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
